LEARNING AT TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF MOMBASA IN JEOPARDY.

Learning condition at Technical University of Mombasa.

Technical university of Mombasa has enjoyed a very favourable learning environment since the begin of semester.Focused and determined to cross the bridge connecting students to their profession,students had fought tooth to nail in connecting dots in their respective fields.The bond of collaboration between students and leturers was connected strongly enough to yield good results in end of semester exams.

This good learning environment has of late continued to develop a fructure.Later it has been left in tetters hence making it inevitable for students to shout loud enough to be heard. Since last week,the students board had raised key issues to the administration which they termed as "failure to act,we strike"

The comrades in engineering department had continually scrached their heads on increment of six thousand shillings on access to laboratory and workshop levies.There were also claims that some students had been omitted from the system despite toiling to pay their versity school fees and dues.

A finger of blame was also raised to some lecturers who have ended up paying the students 'sweat' by awarding very poor grades despite the dedication and student attendance being questionable.A stone of misconcern and negligence was throne to the administration.According to students,the administration had turned a deaf hear to reports concerning a lost student by the name Muvea.

After these  heart throbbing demands were not given the attention they deserve,it was inevitable for the board to call for peaceful demonstrations.Yesterday was the day when the "comrade power" was inevitable in forcing the administration to pay a listen.

"If deplomacy fails,dictatorship is inevitable." This became the slogan of the students has they walked round the school compound shouting and yelling.The school being in unrest situation,the police were called to try and bring things at order.

The act of cooling the situation never bore fruits since the students saw it as a strategy of detering them achieving their goal."We can't fight a loosing battle,our cry should not only be heard but also answered. The soliderity  of comrades was expressed by walking around the school compound preaching the same gospel.

Students anger was expressed when they burnt down the famous student centre in the institution.This was the best restaurant where the students went to take their meals.The helter skelter unrest continued for a couple of hours.

Later on the day,The vice chansellor Leila Abubakar suspended the invoicing of the six thousand shillings to the affected students.The board replied by demanding for the attention of the other burning issues failure to which,learning will continue being suspended.
