Kenya has been outstanding in terms of athletes over the world. The tremendous efforts by athletes have left many countries over the world salivating for the unmatchable fame.In terms of athletics,Kenya is soaring in greater heights making many athletics die hard fans move with their heads raised high.On Friday night we witnessed Faith Kipyegon writing a record which may take decades to break. She took 4.07 minutes to write a record in 1500m women race in Diamond league that took place in Paris France.

On the other hand, the 100m "bullet" Omanyala catalyst the Kenyan heroism by winning the 100m Diamond league. He went ahead to become the first Kenyan and African athlete to win such award by taking 9.97ses to make Kenyans and entire world proud.

Omanyala has  In addition  set the best record for African athletes in 100m race. This notable and respected hero and heroine respectively have raised the bar on the  world athletic competitions. For sure they have written a mark that has left Kenyans in a better yearnable global status.

This could really make sense to alliens. The story is different to the citizens of our country. The dilapidated economy has left many Kenyans barely capable of getting a better diet. The rising standards of living has been an headache that has left many people shouting to the government for help.

Failure of the Kenya Kwanza government to listen to the  cries of people has made it inevitable for the opposition to force the government to listen to its citizens. The act of the government passing bills without public participation has worsened and threatened interapted the state of peace and cohesistence in Kenya.

Demonstrations called by the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya has left the state of peace in jeopardy. Many properties have been destroyed. This has even kept worsening the weakened and dying economy.Police brutality on demonstrators has been slammed.More than 30 people have lost their lives with others left nursing injuries in hospitals.

The time has come when the government and opposition should reason together and burry their differences for the sake of peace. The government's stand on curbing the demonstrations without advocating for dialogue will lead the country in more conflicts and unrest.

Words spoken by key individuals within the government have been catalysing the tention with the opposition.Kenya is bigger than anyone.Advocating for peace, coming to negotiating tables and having dialogue will help.
